We are a family run country inn nestling in the pretty country village of Fitzhead, only 20 minutes from Taunton, the County Town of Somerset and the M5.
The Fitzhead boasts six luxury en-suite letting rooms offering an ideal base from which to explore Somerset and the surrounding areas of outstanding natural beauty. The accommodation is popular with both business visitors and tourists due to the close proximity of the M5 and the centres of Taunton and Wellington.
Chef prepares delicious meals and specialises in fresh sea food dishes and local game when in season. Our menu changes on a regular basis offering an excellent level of variety. Our desserts are home made and on Sundays we provide a traditional roast lunch.
We have a well stocked cellar offering real ales and an extensive selection of quality wines.
